Job Description
- Accountable for several aspects of cloud governance and security.
- Accountable for the API platform's solution architecture and API on-boarding.
- Installation and configuration of Apigee.
- API implementation and lifecycle maintenance.
- Construct API proxies.
- Using an API management platform, create and develop REST APIs. Make documentation for REST APIs.
- Using an API management platform, convert web services from SOAP to REST or vice versa.
- Using an API management platform, implement API layer requirements such as security, personalized analytics, throttling, caching, logging, request and response modifications, etc.
- Uphold coding conventions and guarantee the application of the API Proxy pattern or template.
- Review code and mentor developers.
- Assure good traffic management and API security.
- Create unique policies using the API management platform in Java, JavaScript, Node JS, Python, etc.
- It takes five or more years of experience in software engineering to construct highly scalable systems, manage releases, configure software, and put it all together.
- Experience with public and private clouds in a situation that requires it, such as
- Understanding of failure analysis and root cause analysis for complicated data systems.
- The creation, maintenance, and improvement of technical engineering documentation.
- Development of the roadmap and capacity to evangelize and champion advantages to internal users.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies in-depth and cloud workload migration expertise.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of public, private, and hybrid clouds (networking, policy placement, IAM, etc.)
- Designing visibility outputs with the goal of establishing baselines and demonstrating security posture in comparison to applied controls.
- Agile proficiency demonstrated, with a focus on gaining a competitive edge through the use of cutting-edge tools and techniques.
- Understanding of best practices and industry-wide technology trends.
- Several Cloud encounters.
- Knowledge of version control programmes like Git/Bitbucket.
