Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Works in conjunction with engineering and development teams to assess and choose the best software solutions.
- Collaborates on the development and deployment of software with senior engineers.
- Creates, codes, and debugs software applications in a variety of programming languages.
- Contributes to engineering roadmaps and technological strategies related to software engineering; carries out strategic software engineering proof of concept.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Acquiring technical understanding of enterprise, middleware, firmware, and embedded systems, among other sophisticated software systems.
- Demonstrated capacity to gather and evaluate data from a variety of sources (customers, sales, engineering, marketing, competitor, and management).
- Ability to stay adaptable in the face of uncertainty and to comprehend and handle quick development cycles well.
- Using design languages and digital programmes.
- Application of analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Designing software programmes for many platform types.
- Methodology for testing software applications, including carrying out test plans, fixing bugs, and using testing scripts and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in the local language and English.
- Ability to discuss possibilities and present design suggestions well.
Scope & Impact:
- Directly affect the speed and quality of delivery.
- Supports the leadership of software engineering.
- Interacts directly with internal and external software development teams while working closely with architects and technology leads.
- Complex consumer requests and concerns are promptly and expertly resolved.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.
