Job Description: 

1. End User Support

• Attend and fix concerns presented by the Users such as Procurement Team, stores Personnel working on MM Module.

• Identifying the recurrent User Issues and providing Training/User Manual for the same to reduce the frequency/improve the efficiency.

• SAP MM module training for new stores and procurement staff.

 2. Daily Activities: 

• RM Reviewing stock positions across all plants and providing feedback on excessive item movement types of Review and periodic closures for open indents, open proposals, and open purchase orders.

• PP & FI team coordination for postings relating to materials.

3. Material Master Creation & Modification:

• Creation of Materials and Extension to Other Plants.

• Monitoring of crucial areas and improved usage.

4. Vendor Master Creation & Modification:

• Creation of new vendors, updates to existing vendors, expansion to additional purchasing organizations, etc.

• Periodic review and necessary updates to the vendor master data.

5. New Developments Testing

• New process, report, and MM integrations with other modules are being tested.
